This work is based on photos I took of Manighar before he ran the Group 1 George Ryder Stakes at Rosehill in 2013. He was the 2012 New South Wales Middle Distance Horse of the Year and the only galloper to win the Group 1 treble of the 2000m Australian Cup, 200m Ranvet Stakes and 2400m BMW in the same season.
Manighar is now retired having run his last races in America and joined the stables of top equestrian eventer Phillip Dutton in America.
